Teach Bixby to understand you

Sometimes when you use Bixby to call an Uber or find available flights, your command gets a little lost in translation. Don’t worry, because Bixby will do its best to help you out by providing solutions to your commands or questions.

Bixby does not recognize all accents, dialects, and expressions. Bixby’s performance may vary depending on pronunciation, voice level, and the surrounding environment.

Help Bixby help you by providing feedback on how it responds to your commands.

  1. When you launch Bixby and say a command, Bixby will respond. You’ll see the command or an answer to your question in bold at the top of the screen.
  2. If Bixby heard you correctly, you can select the provided command or answer.
  3. If Bixby heard you incorrectly, it will provide solutions related to your command. Select one of the solutions, such as Bixby Translation or Messages.

    Note: The provided solutions will differ depending on your command.
  4. You can also ask Bixby to open Bixby settings. From here, you can adjust options such as Voice registration, Language and voice style, and Talk to Bixby without wake-up.
