Use AI sleep analysis on the Galaxy Watch7 and Watch Ultra
Keeping track of the amount of sleep you get each night is easy when you use the AI sleep analysis features on the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra. Simply wear your watch when it’s time to turn in for the night and allow it to monitor and calculate your sleep data, such as your blood oxygen and skin temperature. Your watch can also detect possible signs of sleep-related breathing disorders, such as sleep apnea.
