Use Storage share on your Samsung phone or tablet

To get insights into your device's software status, navigate to and open Settings on your phone or tablet. Swipe to and tap About phone or About tablet, then tap Software information and view the info at the top of the menu.

• One UI version: The version of the Samsung One UI software installed on your device.
• Android version: The version of the Android operating system (OS) your device is running.

Storage share lets you access and share content stored across your Samsung devices, such as your phone, PC, or TV.

1. Navigate to and open Settings, then tap Connected devices, and then tap Storage share.
2. Tap the switch at the top of the screen to enable Storage share.
3. Next, select the connected PC or TV you’d like to share content with.

To begin using Storage share with your PC, you’ll need to access your PC’s File Explorer.

1. Navigate to and select Start, and then navigate to and open File Explorer.
2. From here, you can search for and select the desired content.

Your phone’s files can be accessed from your TV’s Connected Devices menu.

1. Navigate to the left sidebar, and then select Connected Devices.
2. Select your connected phone to access its contents.
