Samsung AirDresser shows an error message

To keep your Samsung AirDresser running in good condition, pay attention to any notifications or error messages it displays. These messages let you know what's going on with your AirDresser and will inform you of any action you need to take.

Fill Water

Important
The first time you use your AirDresser, it will use more water than the Refill Tank can hold, so this message will appear on the first cycle you run. This is normal.
  • The Refill Tank needs more water. (Make sure to always use filtered water.) Fill it up to the MAX line, reinsert it, and then touch Start to continue the cycle.
  • This message can also appear if the Refill Tank is not properly inserted.

Empty Water

  • The drain tank is full. Empty the drain tank, reinsert it, and then touch Start to continue the cycle.
  • This message can also appear if the drain tank is not properly inserted.

Door Open

The door is open. Close it, and then touch Start to continue the cycle.

Abnormality Detected

Something is inside the AirDresser that shouldn't be. Open the door and make sure there are no children or pets inside the AirDresser. Then close the door and touch Start to continue the cycle.
